Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorized person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address. If orders are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that all Wedding Gowns are handmade for every particular client, therefore, on average, every order takes between 15 to 20 days depending on availability of fabrics and embellishments. Please contact customer.service@mademoiselledesigns.com if you need your garment earlier. Rush fees may be applied in this case.

 

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations or changes can be offered once an order has been placed. This includes pre-order items as well. Please choose carefully as we cannot be held responsible if you change your mind. Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed.
